IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: POTOMACSOFT LICENSES THE SOFTWARE TO YOU ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU START TO USE THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT.

LICENSE:

PotomacSoft Terminal Bridge software is a property of PotomacSoft Inc and is protected by copyright law. While PotomacSoft continues to own the software, you will be granted certain rights to use the software after your acceptance of this license agreement. This agreement only covers the server components of the Terminal Bridge. The license of host and client programs for all versions is covered under another agreement. Your rights and obligations with respect to the use of server components are as follows:

YOU MAY:

. Install and use the server components of enterprise trial version on your servers.
. Install and use the server components of enterprise version which is built exclusively for your corporation.
. Provide the access of your servers by providing Terminal Bridge client and/or host programs to anybody who is in your corporation.

YOU MAY NOT:

. You must NOT modify, reverse engineer, decompile, decode, disassemble, sell, rent, lease or redistribute any or all portions of this software except that you may redistribute entire installation package of enterprise trial version from our authorized distribution channel without additions, reductions and/or modifications.
. You must NOT configure more than one server as authentication server.
. You must NOT provide the software to anybody or organization who is not in your corporation.
. You must NOT provide the access of your servers by providing Terminal Bridge client and/or host programs to anybody or organization who is not in your corporation.
. You must NOT receive any form of payment as compensation of using the software and your servers unless you have written agreement from PotomacSoft Inc.
. You must NOT install and/or use the software that was built for other corporations.
. You must not attempt to defeat any limitations placed by the software provider.


WARRANTY:

For any identified bugs/problems in the software, we will do our best to fix.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES:

The software is provided as is. There is no guarantee that it will always work and is free of bugs. In no event shall PotomacSoft or its authorized suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) directly or indirectly arising out of the use or misuse of this software, even if PotomacSoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
